Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in craftmanship or materials
- Loose diamonds or gemstones (not caused by accidental damage)
- Prong tightening or polishing
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Damaged caused by improper care of third-party repairs

For repairs outside of warranty, we’re happy to offer repair services for a fee.

Shipping Timeframes
In-stock items: Ship via FedEx or UPS within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.
Made-to-order pieces: Ship within 12–14 business days of confirmation.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Fully insures all shipments during transit
Ships only to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes)
Requires an adult signature for orders over $200

Returns and Exchanges
FREE 30-DAY RETURNS
At Vinh Sang, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We’re pleased to offer complimentary 30-day returns so you can shop with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
We’re proud to provide free FedEx and UPS return shipping on all eligible U.S. orders to ensure a smooth and stress-free return experience.
Ring Resizing Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, we offer one complimentary ring resizing for our standard ring styles, with free shipping both ways.
Please note:
Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their intricate design.
Custom orders and engraved rings may incur additional fees.
Outside the 30-day window, resizing services are available for a fee if the new size is within range of the original.

Return Eligibility
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
In original, unworn condition
Accompanied by all original packaging and documentation (including diamond certificates)
Non-returnable items include:
Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry
Engraved or modified items
Eternity rings
Items purchased on sale
Items previously exchanged

Once received, your return will be reviewed by our Returns Department under recorded video monitoring to ensure transparency and accountability. All diamonds are laser-inscribed with unique identifiers for authenticity verification.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to appear depending on your issuer.
Important:
A valid return authorization code must be included in your package. Returns without this code may be refused or subject to a $100 processing fee. You’ll have 5 days to ship your item after receiving the code. Additional documentation may be required for certain refund requests.

How to Return Your Order
Step 1: Request Your Return Label
Email Support@VS.jewelry to request your complimentary return shipping label and a return authorization code (required for processing).
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Include all original packaging, paperwork, and diamond certificates.
Note: A $150 fee applies for any missing certificates.
Step 3: Securely Pack Your Return
For insurance purposes, follow these packaging steps precisely:
Place your jewelry in a small FedEx or UPS padded envelope.
Place that envelope inside a small FedEx/UPS box and seal it.
Place the small box into a medium FedEx/UPS Priority box.
Tape all edges securely and deliver it to an official FedEx or UPS location.
Be sure to obtain a drop-off receipt as proof of shipment for insurance coverage.
Insurance only applies when using our prepaid label.

Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at Support@VS.jewelry within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may begin processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
For made-to-order and custom pieces, cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
At Vinh Sang, we take great care in packaging and inspecting each piece before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.
Due to the high-value nature of our jewelry, customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
